Refund policy

Due to sanitary and health reasons, all orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If purchasing glue, you have 7 days to notify me of any damages or concerns. After 7 days, pens are not replaceable.

Sale items and items purchased with a promotional code are final sale. No Exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS: Any orders wishing to be cancelled will incur a 15% fee.
